WelPat Grant Pat Grant who created the blend. dreambeanscoffee.ie/product/cinco-jalisco/The Great Taste Judges gave it glowing taste notes: This has a sweet fruity nose and brown sugar sweetness that is balanced and elegant on the palate. Adding milk pulls through a lychee sweetness and adds a bolder body that allows the acidic integrity of the coffee and a rich milky chocolate note. A delicious coffee that's intelligent and unexpected.This has good consistent condition and level of roasting on the beans. The grind held chocolate, biscuit and nuts. Tried black first, we found the aroma to agree with the flavour, balanced and full and very tasty indeed. Then with milk, all of the previous is enhanced with richness and texture. This is clever coffee, and a combination of great crafting and cunning flavour harmonies.This coffee has an acidic bright character upfront. There is complexity in this combination of origins, a great tasting blend and beautifully crafted. Milk marries all the qualities together, giving a balanced and refined taste.
